For decades, G-SHOCK has been setting new standards in design, structure, and powerful modules. To mark the 35th Anniversary of the G-SHOCK in 2018, they released a full-metal G-SHOCK with a Connected engine and namely the Casio G-Shock GMW-B5000-1JF. It is the full-metal version of the standard DW-5000 base model which represents a refinement of the hollow case structure to achieve an even higher level of shock. The text and main display layout of the face were painstakingly designed in a way to make it virtually identical to the original base model. As for the built-in functions, this timepiece is designed for outstanding timekeeping accuracy using Bluetooth data communication and Multiband 6.
